Live It the Natural Way!

Live It the Natural Way!
Trend of
organic food for healthy life is capturing market. Does it fulfil the motto of
healthy life by just eating particular food and keeping the way of leaving life
unanalysed? I don’t think so and hence writing some observations about
lifestyle.
2
First of
all, let us understand what organic matter is.
All the
living organisms on the earth and parts of their dead bodies including smallest
particles of them are made from organic matter (substances) and minerals etc.
Before the research of Frederich Wolher organic substances can only be obtained
from above mentioned sources. Frederich Wolher very first invented organic
synthesis i.e. production of organic matter artificially in laboratory. [1] But
still today it is not wrong to believe the vital force theory of great
scientist Berzelius, who invented that organic substances (matter) can exist in
nature in the form of dead or live parts of living organisms. He described very
first organic substance like this way. It is sure that human can neither
perfectly copy the natural phenomena nor improve it. Human can only conserve
natural phenomena and assist the natural phenomena by not artificially
disturbing these natural phenomena. This can be explained with few observed
examples below.
2.1
Example one
Even
after invention of artificial organic synthesis the purpose of being
quantitatively superior to natural phenomena is not solved. (It is explained
further in details.) We know that urea is very first organic compound which is
artificially synthesized in the laboratory even though it occurs naturally in
urine of mammals like cow (Bos Indicus specially), bull (Bos Indicus
specially), buffalo, human etc. Due to some reasons instead of using these
natural sources of urea human produced it artificially in laboratory spending
more efforts and resources. Still human remains dependent of nature because the
minerals used to produce urea in laboratory viz. Ammonium Chloride and
Potassium Cyanide are found in nature. One may even try to produce these
minerals artificially but the purpose of qualitative superiority than nature
remains unfulfilled like every human effort before. One can ask how purpose is
unfulfilled. The evidence of Indian farmers who are becoming more dependent and
they are not able to yield more by using this artificial urea as compared to
farmers using natural sources of urea in their farms. This evidence is enough
to justify the same. More or less the situation is similar in case of other
agrochemicals.
As
agrochemicals are directly related to human and animal health, we are moving to
the next observed example of artificially synthesized organic compound
Paracetamol used as medicine. “The purpose behind this writing is not against
artificial synthesis but to promote natural way of living life.”
2.2
Example two
Like Paracetamol many more similar popular
organic medicines in allopathy are used in India, but instead of reducing the
rate of increase in number of patients and hospitals it is increasing in
opposite way. India has become the number one country in the world in terms of
number of diabetic patients. More or less the condition is similar in case of
cardiac and cancer patients in India. Considering paracetamol as an example
does not mean to oppose allopathic treatment but the fact is that allopathy is
better and faster as compared to Homeopathy or Ayurvedic treatment in few
diseases like cancer and Tuberculosis. But again, these synthetic medicines are
associated with assured bad side effects. E.g. 1) Allopathic treatment of
cancer mainly chemotherapy causes damage to beneficial cells along with cancer
cells. 2) Allopathic treatment of T.B. causes severe digestive disorders.
If one can
follow natural lifestyle and use naturally obtained organic substances, minerals,
and vitamins as medicines and as food then the purpose of being healthy can be
fulfilled along with conservation of nature as well. What it exactly means here
by natural lifestyle. Let us see in India there are three seasons according to
its geographical condition for a year. There is rainy season during only four
months of June, July, August, and September then winter for next four months
and finally summer for remaining four months every year. Even in one country
geographically different location has different weather conditions in terms of
temperature, humidity etc. and accordingly different natural lifestyle
requirements also. To overcome the health issues associated with geographical
condition it is expected to follow local natural symbiosis which means local
natural lifestyle. It can be achieved by following local natural lifestyle according
to particular local geographical. By harmonious symbiosis in local areas one
can achieve good health too by planning local diet and daily rituals. In
Sanskrit language it is said that ‘Yojakam durlabham’ mean to say that rare
things can be achieved with the help of planning. One can achieve good immune
system by following natural lifestyle and prevent oneself from dieses and bad
side effects caused due to medication of high potency in sever health issues.
Even though due to unawareness if one faces worst health condition by following
wrong lifestyle according to particular geographical condition then one can go
for conventional medication first like allopathy, radiotherapy etc. The side
effects occurred due to medication of high potency or repeated doses can also
be reduced by following natural lifestyle.
Similarly
in agriculture sector wrong lifestyle practices of human being of using
artificially produced organic substances and artificial agrochemicals instead
of natural sources of agrochemicals and organic substances in the farms have
reduced the yield and increased the salts in the soil. These artificial
fertilizers contain the added salts, as they are added in combination with
artificial fertilizers. Now because of this practice most of the agriculture
land has lost nutrients and became unfertile hence required more nutrients like
urea to be added externally with human assistance. If the example of forest is
taken into consideration, then it will be easy to understand how minimum amount
of fertilisers are required to be supplied by human assistance. The remnants of
plants and animals itself acts as fertiliser after their decay. The difference
in agriculture land practice and forest land is that inn forest the remnants of
plants and animals are not removed and hence decayed naturally by urine and
stool of wild mammals. Hence inn the farm it is required to supply nutrients
externally by human assistance. Being an inseparable part of nature man has to
rectify the mistake by making available nutrients from natural sources and
gradually reducing the human participation to zero percent. Japanese scientist
Masanobu Fukuoka has already proved this technique of natural farming. Now in
2019 National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) is taking trial for
scientific validation and implementation of this technique of natural farming
in India.
3
Natural farming Methods
Fukuoka sir has proved that
with help of natural remnants of living and dead organisms similar production
can be yield on the farm without the use of artificial agrochemicals. Even he
has also proved comparatively higher yield of paddy (rice) in some experiments
of his land in Japan. He has done it with negligible human assistance and on
natural force energy. Today there are so many people like honourable “Save
guruji”, Er Shirish Pawar etc. who have practically proved this technique of
natural farming in Indian weather and geographical condition too and that is in
this 21st century.
3.1
Next important step in adaptation of natural farming is
management and control of insects and pest by natural way. Actually, in natural
farming without any disturbance to nature man should only eat ripen fruits,
completely grown grains and vegetables. It is difficult due to insects and
pests to yield sufficient quantity each and every year. Hence for first 2–3
years of natural farming it is difficult to achieve best yield in terms of
quantity as 2–3 years of time is required to remove most of the artificial
agrochemicals and salts associated with them from the soil and make it fertile
again.
3.2 To add one more
observation in the examples of natural farming it is necessary to share my
visit of July 2019 with readers to a village situated in Bombay (Mumbai)
district of India. It is a hilly region and hence also source location of a
river. Again, it is near to Arabian sea i.e. Hind Mahasagar which means that
the geographical condition is similar to farm of Masanobu Fukuoka sir in Japan.
The local residential people of that region coincidently follow faming pattern
very similar to the farming pattern of scientist Masanobu Fukuoka sir. The only
difference is that he uses hens for getting fertiliser in the form of their
waste excretory products. While those people use no fertilisers or few of them
use cow dung and cow urine as fertiliser. These people are illiterate, but they
neither blindly follow any artificial agrochemical technique nor costly
advanced organic farming technique because they know if one year there is less
yield then there will be definitely good yield in the forthcoming years
naturally. This is the exact way of living life naturally. If one think that
there may occur the condition of less food production for first 2–3 years but
from statistics even after the green revolution India is not self-dependent in
case of food. In 2019 also India has to import huge amount pulses and edible
oil from other countries. Natural farming is the best solution for India to
accomplish food security and become world’s teacher (Vishwaguru).
